Introduction. Aviation JobNet.com (“us”, “we” or “Company”) respects your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy. This policy describes the types of information we may collect or that you may provide when you register with, access, or use the job listings and resume services, as well as features or functionality that Aviation JobNet may make available to you, including the curation of content and aggregation of data for incorporation and re-display and/or any analytics or metrics (together the “Services”), as well as our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting and disclosing that information. All use of the Services shall be in accordance with the Aviation JobNet.com Terms and Conditions of Use, located at: https://employer.aviationjobnet.com/terms-and-conditions/.
This policy applies only to information we collect via the Services, and in e-mail, text and other electronic communications sent through or in connection with the Services. This policy DOES NOT apply to information that: (1) we collect offline or on any other Company applications or websites, including websites you may access through the Services; or (2) you provide to or is collected by any third party.
Our websites and apps and these third parties may have their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to read before providing information on or through them.
Children under the Age of 13. The Services are not intended for children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. Information You Provide to Us. When you download, register with, or use the Services, we may ask you provide information: (1) by which you may be personally identified, such as name, postal address, e-mail address, job title, university or organization affiliation or (“personal information”); and (2) that may be voluntarily provided by you, including areas of interest, social media and related online information, and related accounts.
There are multiple types of Accounts available with the Services, as defined in the Terms and Conditions of Use: (1) “Employer Accounts” affiliated with one or more users, but not a user Account itself; (2) “Employer User Accounts” affiliated with one or more Employers; (3) “Job Candidate User Accounts” which are stand-alone accounts not otherwise affiliated with other Accounts; and (4) “Administrative Accounts”.
Depending on the type of Account created, you will have various information and features available, and we will obtain various information from you. For example, if you have a Job Candidate User Account, we will have resume and contact information available for prospective employers that have Employer Accounts or Employer User Accounts. These Account holders may access resumes, telephone numbers and contact information, as well as email addresses.
Information you provide may further include:
- Information that you provide by filling in forms in the Services. This includes information provided at the time of registering to use the Services, posting material and requesting further services, including areas of interest and related preferences. We may also ask you for information when you enter a promotion sponsored by us, and when you report a problem with the Services.
- Records and copies of your correspondence (including e-mail addresses and phone numbers), if you contact us.
- Your responses to job postings and candidate postings.
- Details of uploads and contents you carry out through the Services and of the fulfillment of postings and resume submissions.
- Your search queries on the Services.
You may provide personal information on either public or designated secured areas of the Services. Your personal information is provided and transmitted at your own risk. Although you may be allowed to set certain privacy settings for such information by logging into your Account profile, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. Additionally, we cannot control the actions of third parties with whom you may choose to share your personal information. Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee that your personal information will not be viewed by unauthorized persons.
- Cookies (or mobile cookies). A cookie is a small file placed on your computer or device. It may be possible to refuse to accept cookies by activating the appropriate setting on your computer or device. However, if you select this setting you may be unable to access certain parts of our Services.

Disclosure of Your Information. We may disclose aggregated information about our users, and information that does not identify any individual or device without restriction. In addition, we may disclose personal information that we collect or you provide:

Your California Privacy Rights
